dune55 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and dune55 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the dune55 website and mobile application. By creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. dune55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will take reasonable steps to notify active users of material changes, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the dune55 Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2. Account Registration

To use the betting, casino and promotional features on dune55, you must register an account. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid contact details and a valid Pakistan mobile number. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided remains accurate and up to date.

2.1 Eligibility

You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to hold a dune55 account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering voluntarily for your own personal use and not on behalf of another person.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended dune55 account.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion agreement with dune55 or any active Responsible Gaming restriction.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted to hold only one active account on dune55. Attempting to open multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dune55 will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets and forfeit any bonuses or promotional balances. Winnings obtained through duplicate accounts may also be withheld pending investigation.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. dune55 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately through the live chat function.

2.4 Verification

dune55 may require identity verification at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of an ongoing review. Acceptable verification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued ID. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on dune55 are conducted in PKR. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The available methods may vary over time — the current list is always shown in the Cashier section of your account.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your account balance once payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section before you initiate a transaction. dune55 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — those are outside of our control.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. Processing times vary by method but most JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals complete within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of request.

dune55 reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing any withdrawal. Where an active bonus is associated with your account, withdrawal of real money funds before wagering requirements are completed may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance as per the applicable promotion terms.

3.3 Payment Method Consistency

Where possible, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for deposits. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawal, contact support to arrange an alternative — subject to identity verification and review.

4. Betting Rules

The dune55 sports betting section covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports and other sports. All bets are placed subject to the following rules, which apply alongside any sport-specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement.

4.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only accepted once you receive confirmation of placement. dune55 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — for example, due to a pricing error or technical fault — may be voided, and stakes returned regardless of the apparent result.

4.2 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the event as declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket and PSL, settlement follows ICC and PCB official match results. In the event of a match abandonment, rain interruption or no-result outcome, the relevant market rules displayed at the time of bet placement apply — typically resulting in a void bet and return of stake.

4.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds update in real time during matches. dune55 is not responsible for any delays between a match event occurring and the odds being updated, though we make reasonable efforts to keep live pricing current. Bets placed after an event has effectively concluded but before the market is suspended may be voided at the discretion of the risk team.

4.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport, market type and account tier. The applicable limits are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm a wager. Winnings above the stated limit will be paid up to the maximum only.

5. Casino and Slot Games

The Live Casino and Slot Games sections are operated using certified third-party game software. Game rules, house edge information and return-to-player (RTP) percentages are either displayed within each game or available from the game provider's documentation.

5.1 Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a casino game or slot spin, dune55 will complete the round based on the game state at the time of interruption where technically feasible. If the game state cannot be recovered, the stake for the affected round will be refunded to your account balance.

5.2 Responsible Use

Casino and slot games are entertainment products. dune55 encourages all players to set personal limits before their session and to take breaks regularly. The Responsible Gaming tools available in your account apply equally to casino activity as they do to sports betting.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

dune55 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload offers, free bets, cashback and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are displayed in the Promotions section. These general Terms apply alongside and do not replace the individual promotion terms.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited in PKR and are available for use on qualifying platform sections as specified per offer.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Minimum odds requirements apply to qualifying bets for sports bonuses — always check the specific offer terms.
• Withdrawing real money funds before completing active bonus wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Each promotion is available once per eligible account unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing opposing bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotional pricing — will result in bonus forfeiture, voiding of related wagers and permanent account closure. dune55 monitors bonus activity continuously and applies these measures without prior notice where abuse is identified.

7. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dune55 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, crawlers or scripts to access the platform or place bets.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any strategy designed systematically to exploit pricing differences.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or as part of a syndicate without disclosure.
• Attempting to access another user's account or circumvent platform security measures.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using funds derived from illegal activity for deposits on the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate match outcomes or coordinate with participants in events on which bets are placed.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

dune55 may suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity.
• Request by the account holder for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the user voluntarily or due to inactivity, real money balances will be returned via the user's registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

9. Privacy and Data

dune55 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for platform operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming management and communication about your account and eligible promotions.

dune55 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and, where required by law, with relevant authorities. Full details of how your data is handled are set out in the Privacy Policy.

10. Responsible Gaming

dune55 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment. The platform is for adults aged 18 and above only. We encourage all players to approach betting and gaming as entertainment — not as a source of income — and to set and maintain personal limits that reflect what they can genuinely afford to spend.

10.1 Available Tools

The following tools are available to all registered players through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits — Limit the duration of individual play sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to a revised version, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

12. Limitation of Liability

dune55 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, delays or technical interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages or third-party service failures may temporarily affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, dune55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from technical faults, delays in bet placement or settlement, or your reliance on information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
